Returns & Exchanges

1. Received damaged or incorrect item?

While we take utmost care in handling your order, there could be some unavoidable causes which may result in the delivery of damaged or incorrect products, if any such case happens with you then you are required to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery receipt. We’ll either refund your money or send you a replacement as soon as possible.

2. Ordered more than you needed?

If you have surplus of the tiles, make arrangement for returning it to us in its original packaging and we’ll be happy to refund the worth of the tiles received by us. The refund will be processed within 7 working days of our receipt of return. Return it to us at below mentioned address within 60 days of the delivery receipt.

3. Changed your mind?

Are you not satisfied with the products you received? You are entitled to return the products in their original packaging and condition within 60 days of the date of receiving it, to claim the refund of your money. You are responsible to make arrangements for returning the order and for its insurance.

Send the consignment to the below mentioned address of our warehouse.

Note: Refund will be made within 7 working days of our return receipt; original delivery costs will not be refunded.

365 Days Anytime Exchange

Changed your plan about the tiling design? Do you have some tiles which went unused and want to return them in exchange of some other cool tiles? At Tiles For Ever you are privileged to exchange your tiles within 365 days of the date of delivery. Simply contact us and let us know that you want to exchange the tiles with some other tiles and we’ll do our best to provide you the new tiles of your choice.

Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before you return the item:

1. Uninstalled and unused

The tiles not have been used even once, they should have never been installed anywhere and must not show any signs of degradation.

2. Condition

The tiles must be in a good condition so that it can be resold, they must not show any signs of wear and tear, scratches, cracks or broken parts.

3. Packaging

The tiles must be returned in their original packaging or else the request of exchange will be declined.
