|Key Duties and Responsibilities
Working closely with Director, will be responsible for creating, developing and exploiting commercial opportunities to increase the company’s revenue.
Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets
Grow and develop existing accounts to maximise potential sales by discussing products to customer group and identifying marketing opportunities and requirements.
Manage and grow the business’ client base by proactively Identifying and establishing new market research methodology, collecting results and presenting it to existing and new prospects to grow and nurture major sales opportunities.
Identify improvements from market research in regards to company pricing and promotion policy and discuss possible challenges and changes with management.
Work with marketing team to create brand awareness and online sales plan to increase company revenue, monitor the results and submit reports to management.
Develop and grow the customer portfolio and market share of the company’s B2B business, expand the brands presence in the global B2B market
Work with internal teams to build robust product packaging solutions to develop and grow market share of the company’s B2B business.
Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities
Day-to-day provide updated information, analysis and reports to the management to drive and facilitate well-informed commercial and product decisions.

Have in-depth knowledge of tiling industry
Consultative, trusting and reassuring sales approach
Ambitious, confident, articulate and motivated
Ability to work independently
Have strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support more junior colleagues.
