  1. While placing the order, provide your mobile/telephone number as this will help our delivery partners serve you better.
  2. While doing online payment via PayPal, you’ll leave tileforever.co.uk and transact through PayPal’s website, therefore the required shipping address should be present and confirmed in your PayPal account.

Delivery & Store Collection

Home Delivery

Hassle free, convenient and punctual delivery is the last step of our awesome service.

As soon as you place and confirm the order we’ll call you within 24 hours to discuss over your preferred delivery slot, you can opt in to register yourself to receive an SMS or Email which will keep you updated along the delivery process.

When the total weight of your order is less than 20 Kg, it’ll be sent via parcel courier, if not then it’ll be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curb side).

Due to insurance, health and safety regulations we’ll not be able to transport order into the recipient’s property.

To receive your order, one should be available at the shipping address; failure to do us will land you in paying for re-shipping charges.

You’ll receive an SMS on the day of delivery with a 2 hours delivery window. You’ll also be notified if your order’s delivery is delayed or postponed for any reason.

If you have any doubts on the condition of the products in the order you received kindly sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

Non-serviceable Locations

We are currently unable to deliver outside the UK with our standard delivery solution. Please note that the following postcodes DUBLIN, GY, HS, IM, IV41, IV42, IV44, IV45, IV46, IV47, IV48, IV49, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27, KW, PA, PH9, PH15, PH16, PH17, PH18, PH19, PH20, PH32, PH33, PH34, PH35, PH36, PH37, PH38, PH39, PH40, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21, TR25, ZE will incur a higher delivery cost which is based on your exact location and the Products contained within the order. Orders to these locations cannot be processed on the website.

Damaged Goods & Cancellations

Check for any signs of damage on the products in your order on delivery, if there is any damage, sign for as “DAMAGED” and take a picture whilst on the pallet before unloading it. Call us to report any such issue within 24 hours of the order delivery.

Cancellations or amendments of any kind in your order or delivery are not possible once the order is dispatched from our facility and is in the control of the courier operators. So, please ensure correct delivery dates, shipping addresses, order contents etc. before we dispatch it. Please assess the weight of the boxes as tiles can be heavy, precautions may need to be made.
