PRODUCT DETAILS

Tilers' Primer is a waterproof primer. It is a sealer and acts as a bonding agent to improve the adhesion between the adhesive and the surface. Use it on an old/worn-out concrete, sand cement screeds, gypsum plaster and helps reduce the porosity of the surface.
The primer is available in a pack of 5 litres and 1-litre containers.

60 Day Returns Easy 365-Day Exchange

Easy online 60-day returns and 365-day tile exchanges. If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will refund any surplus tiles in their original boxes within 60 days of the date of delivery. You will have the right to return goods if you are not happy with your selection or change your mind.

As well as our 60-day refunds and returns, we are proud to offer a 365-day exchange period. This means that even after 60 days, you are still able to return any unwanted tiles back to us within 365 days of your original purchase date for a tile exchange. These tiles must be unused, uninstalled, in good condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on adhesives and grouts, only tiles. We also do not accept exchanges on clearance and end-of-the-line job lot items.
